SJB Group Overview

SJB Group is a Dutch privately owned company, headquartered in Brielle, near the port of Rotterdam.

In several separate subsidiaries following activities are deployed:

• Trading and shipping of fuel oils (resids)
• Trading and shipping of intermediate refinery feedstocks (SFRO, VGO)
• Trading and shipping of mineral distillates (cutterstocks, marine diesel oils)
• Energy trading: natural gas and power, U.K. and continental markets

Since 1990 the company has developed many market-niches by tailoring products to the needs of its customers in size, grade and quality. On a consolidated basis, turnover for the 2005 fiscal year was more than 650 million US$.
